Types of Training

Main Line Fitness & Training will offer a variety of fitness and training types to accommodate clients of all fitness levels and to make fitness fun!

Listed below are some of the training types we will offer.  Keep checking back as we update our training types and our schedule of various fitness classes.

Personal training

  • Single

  • Child/Young Adult  (Coming Soon)

CROSSFIT Training

  • Short/Intense workouts that super charge calorie burn.
  • Uses Olympic weightlifting exercises.
  • Functional Fitness, meaning uses muscles and exercises that benefit everyday life.

High Intensity Interval Training

  • Metabolic Training that Burns Fat All Day
  • Short bursts, followed by a slower recovery. REPEAT.

Obstacle Course Race Build-Up

  • This training will prepare anyone for any style OCR.
  • We have run just about every one out there, so we know what you might expect on your run.
  • We do have a scaling wall on site, and we are always looking to add more.
